Each prospective client may purchase only one Vacational package sponsored by the Omni Cancun Vacation Club that requires mandatory attendance at Omni Cancun Vacation Club sales presentation during their life time.

Presentation

The assistance at the Omni Cancun Vacation Club presentation is mandatory for this Vacational package. Its main objectives are to present you the Vacational plans and it's advantages and benefits of being a member. The approximate time of the presentation is 90 minutes and you and your family are invited for a complementary breakfast at the start of the presentation. Married clients and couples living together are required to attend the presentation together, in order to receive the benefits of this package. If you decide not to attend the sales presentation in the day and time previously assigned by the Omni Cancun Vacation Club, the regular sales price will apply for all the services that have been used. You will have to pay the difference in price between the regular sales price and the promotional package price paid. The sales presentation tour is mandatory and is not optional but there is no obligation to purchase an Omni Cancun Vacation Club membership.

Offer

The market value of this Vacational package is much higher than the price you are paying and varies depending on the season. The price obtained, is the result of the Omni Cancun Vacation Club sponsorship. This is a pre-paid package. The purchase must be made by a mayor credit card and you will be required to present this same card at the property at check in time. Availability for holidays seasons is limited and subject to availability. Air fares, additional charges, special taxes (if any) and in general any services that are not specified in writing are not included and will be the sole responsibility of each client. You are required to present your written Omni Cancun Vacation Club confirmation letter at check in time. This offer is not available for groups, conventions or several families traveling together. This offer is subject to availability. This offer is not transferable, not refundable and does not apply to other promotions or incentives. The offer is subject to change without prior notice. Any unused portion of the package is forfeited and can not be used in the future nor exchanged for cash. This offer is valid for 12 months from the date of the credit card purchase. If any of the participation requirements are not fulfilled, it will result in the complete charge to the client of the package's market price. The offer is void where prohibited by law.

Room reservation

Accommodations are for 2 adults sharing the same room. This package can be purchased with a minimum of 3 nights and up to a maximum of 7 nights. Reservations must be made with a minimum of 3 working day notice prior to arrival. Reservation changes with more than 3 working day notice prior to arrival date, will have an additional administrative cost of $29.00 usd per reservation. Reservation changes with less than 3 working day notice prior to arrival date, will have an additional administrative cost of $159.00 usd per reservation. If the client does not show up at the hotel on the stipulated reservation date, there will be a penalty fee equal to the total amount already paid by the client. In addition, the client looses the right to purchase an Omni Cancun Vacation Club promotional package in the future. Once the package is purchased and dates confirmed, any changes on the dates could result on price change depending on the season.
