Caribbean chic Vacation Club Reception Area designed for
YOU, our members, especially in mind. Our team
will greet you with a friendly smile, a warm hello and
an inviting welcome cocktail. You will be invited to sit
down to unwind from your |
| day of travel
while they guide you through the check in and welcome
procedure. We know you have come here to relax and we
want our members to start that process the minute they
walk through the doors at the Omni Cancun Vacation
Club. One of our Member Services Associates will
be assigned to you at check in and they will serve as
your primary contact for the week. They will touch base
with you as the week progresses to see that we are meeting
your expectations and you must also feel free to contact
them should you have additional service needs as your
stay with us evolves. They are here to ensure that you
know we care about our Members and that you never have
to wonder who to contact for assistance.

That fun starts with our
Member’s Only Welcome Reception at 1:00 PM on Sunday.
The reception features a Full Hosted Bar
with beer, mixed and blended drinks available at no charge along with a selection of tasty
Mexican appetizers. Our Activities Team acts as your Master of Ceremonies and delight in
entertaining and surprising you with an array of fun and interesting interactive games and
activities designed to help our members get to know each other. What a better way
